Copy of a Report from Admiral Sir Alexander Biltler K.CB., the late Commander in
Chief on the China Station, dated 2nd mist, on the inadequacy
of the defences of Hongkong, and the expediency of oblerining possession of all the Islands in the vicinity of that Colony.

previous communication.
